FAQs
WHEN WILL MY SITE BE ONLINE?
The
average time for websites to be online is 3 -4 weeks from your
date of purchase.
WHERE
IS MY WEBSITE IN THE MEANTIME?
If your site is less than 3 weeks old, your site is most likely
still in the production stage. Most likely, if you already
owned your domain name prior to getting your site with IMATRIX,
your site could be online on a temporary address while we
work on modifying your domain. Contact us to To learn if your
site is on a temporary address.
If
your site has been online and for some reason you can no longer
see it,
there could be a few different reasons . . .
1. Try viewing other websites to confirm
you are connected to the Internet.
2. Next, call a friend who uses a different
Internet Service Provider to see if they
can view your site. If they can see your
site and you can't - the problem most
likely lies within your ISP (Internet
Service Provider).
3. If no one can view your site, your
domain may have expired.

has expired, contact us or . . .
