Customer Service
At IMATRIX our mission is to simplify the internet experience
through world class service and support. We do whatever it takes
to make sure our clients are happy - all the time! As an IMATRIX
Customer Service Representative you work with our clients, both
new and old. Your main focus will be working with our existing
clients where you will build a relationship of trust, leading
to client retention, upgrades, and of course referalls. Responsibilities
include general customer service, problem solving, giving advertising
and marketing ideas, offering upgrades to websites, and referalls.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. |
